4-6 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/4 c butter or margarine
12 oz chicken broth
1 tbsp dried onion
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
2 c frozen peas
2 c sliced cooked carrots
1 pkg buttermilk biscuits
minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
sprinkle both sides chicken breasts with salt and paprika
melt butter in large skillet
add chicken and saute until brown
add broth, minced onion, poultry seasoning and black pepper
bring to a boil cover and simmer 25 minutes
add vegetables and bring to boil again
top with biscuits simmer uncovered 10 minutes
cover and simmer 10 more minutes
sprinkle with parsley and serve

you can make your own baking powder biscuits
watch liquid level in skillet and add water or broth as needed to avoid burning.
