1 lb keilbalsa
4 medium boiled and sliced potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1/4 c chopped onion
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c milk
3/4 c shredded cheese
1 tbsp parsley
t tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
saute onion in butter
sprinkle flour over onions and stir until blended
add milk and stir until blended
add cheese, parsley, and mustard
add sausage
fold in cooked potatoes
place in casserole baking dish
bake for 30 minutes at 350ºF
