1/2 pound round steak, Thinly slice
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil (veg or olive)
1 can tomatoes (14 to 16 oz) can
1 can corn 14 to 16 oz) can
1 cup cooked rice ( 1/3 cup reg. rice or 1/2 cup minute)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown thinly sliced meat in oil, add chopped onion, thyme, stir in juice from corn. Simmer over medium heat about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, reduce heat. Cover and cook until meat is tender. Add corn and rice. If you use minute rice add with tomatoes. Cover and continue to cook until meat is tender and rice is done.
