2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. butter
1 T. milk
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. choc. chips (6 oz.)
2 T. Criscoİ

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Mix powdered sugar, butter, milk, 2 T. sugar & vanilla. Mix in peanut butter. Line a jelly roll pan w/waxed paper. Roll heaping teaspoonfuls of filling into 3/4 balls. Place on lined pan. Refrig. for 2 hrs. till firm.

Melt choc. & shortening in small pan. Pour into small bowl. One at a time spear p-nut balls on a toothpick & dip into melted chocolate. Lift out & let drip excess chocolate. Return to lined pan. Before chocolate sets sprinkle with whatever sprinkles you would like. Refrigerate 10-25 min. Remove balls from waxed paper. Store airtight in refrigerator up to 2 wks.
