1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. br. sugar
1 can (16 oz.) pineapple, sliced
maraschino cherries
1-1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Crisco©
3/4 c. milk
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in 10" skillet or 9" sq. pan till melted. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter, arrange pineapple slices on top. Put cherry in middle. Beat remaining ingred. in large bowl on low speed 30 sec. Beat on high 3 min., pour over fruit in pan. Bake at 350º till done, 45-50 min. Turn upside down on plate right away.
