1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
or butterscotch chips
1/2 c. creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1 T. margarine
2-1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together noodles and chopped nuts in large mixing bowl. Melt chips, peanut butter & margarine together in double boiler to smooth consistency. Stir frequently. Pour mixture over noodles & nuts & stir till well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets covered w/wax paper. Cook a bit & shape into nests. When set & cooled can be filled with jelly beans. Makes about 20.
