6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in blender adding flour a little at a time.
Heat crepe pan have some melted butter reserved for pastry brushing the pan before you pour liquid in about 1/4 cup per pancake swirl around and cook til firm and then flip over. remove and keep stacking onto a plate until ready to serve. makes approx 12- 20 depending on how thick
