1 stick of butter (1/4 lb.)
2 eggs
1 can regular corn (about 12 oz.), drained
1 can creamed corn (about 12 oz.)
1 8oz. container of sour cream
1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Melt butter in 8" x 11" pan.

In same pan, add and mix well: eggs, both types of corn, sour cream and muffin mix.

Bake for approximately 45-55 minutes at 350║ F or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
