3 cups of zucchini 1 cup Bisquick 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup Wesson oil 4 eggs 2 tbsp parsley 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp oregano 1 finely chopped garlic clove
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Spread mixture into a greased 9 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350║ F preheated oven for 30 minutes or until top becomes golden. Let stand for a time. Serve in small square pieces.
