CRUST:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

TOPPING:
6 or 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla (or any other extract flavoring of choice)
Assorted Fresh Fruit (sliced or cut to bite size pieces)

Directions:

Preheat oven 375º
Cream butter and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix with a pastry blender. Spread / flatten on a small cookie sheet. Poke holes in crust.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Spread over crust. Top with fresh fruit. Add Bananas right before serving. Refrigerate until served.

***For a medium size cookie sheet, double recipe***
***For added sweetness or glaze, lightly drizzle with honey***
