1 T. oil 1 onion chopped 3-4 cloves of garlic crushed 3-4 large cans chicken broth 1T. chili powder 2 tsp. cumin 2 cups of cooked chicken 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes 1 small can diced green chiles 1 can corn 1 can black beans
Heat oil add onion & garlic, saute until soft add broth and seasonings stir add rest of ingredients simmer for 1hr
