1 lb. ground turkey, beef, pork or chicken
1 button fresh garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped or slivered
4-5 chopped white mushrooms
1/4 head cabbage (Chinese cabbage works well)
1 long stalk of celery, chopped
salt/pepper to taste

Note: You can use as many veggies as you have

Grease wok (or large skillet) with peanut oil. On med. high heat, Cook meat until brown. Add vegetables and mushrooms. Cook until veggies are crisp/tender. Serve over cooked noodles or rice. Sprinkle with soysauce. Serve HOT.
