2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cold water
2 tsp. vanilla
4 heaping TBSP. cocoa

Topping:
1 cup white sugar
2 TBSP. cornstarch
2 (1oz.) squares of chocolate, melted
dash of salt
1 cup boiling water
3 TBSP. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, and cocoa. Add mayonnaise, water and vanilla. Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 until cake springs back...about 30 minutes.

Topping:
Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add chocolate and salt. Add boiling water. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Stir and spread on cooled cake.
