10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
8 oz. chopped water chestnuts
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo

Mix ingredients together and stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

This dip is looks and tastes great when served in a pumpernickel bread bowl. Cut out the center of a large round pumpernickel bread and fill the hole with this dip. Cut up the bread from the center and use as dippers.
