3 cups garbanzo beans (1 can)
1 cup liquid from garbanzo beans
4 -5 T lemon juice
1/2 cup tahini
3 cloves pressed garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Use a blender and mix in 2 -3 batches with frequent stops to stir the stuff on the bottom. Blend beans with 1/2 cup liquid and lemon juice. Add tahini, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt. Don't overblend. Add as much liquid as needed. Stir in fresh parsley.
