2 c. old fashion oats
1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 c. toasted almond slivers
1/4 c. walnut pieces
1/4 c toasted sunflower seeds
1/4 c. flax seed or sesame seed
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/4 c. canola oil
1/2 c. honey
(I usually double recipe it lasts a little longer)

Mix the oats, nuts, seeds & coconut add oil & honey, mix well to coat. Pour into baking pan (2 if you double)
Bake 300º for 30 min. stir every 10 min. until golden brown
But baked granola into mixing bowl stir in raisins and cranberries, stir several times so it doesn't clump store in plastic container.
