3 cups sifted flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups diced ripe banana 1 cup cooking oil 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 3 eggs
Sift dry ingredients in large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to blend. (Do not beat.) Pour into greased angel food cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Set aside to cool on a rack. Don't remove from the pan.
