8 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 c. milk (divided)
3 c. whipping cream (divided)
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar together (use a medium size saucepan). Add 1 cup of the milk and 1 cup of the cream. Cook (stir constantly) till thermometer reaches 160º, about 25 min.

Pour into large bowl and add nutmeg (about 1 tsp.) and remaining milk (2 cups) and 1 cup cream. The remaining 1 cup cream you can add also, but I used to whip it and fold in just before serving. I also added a tablespoon of vanilla although the recipe didn't require it. Keep in refrigerator and you can add a little brandy in your glass.
