1 1/2 pound hamburger
1 diced green pepper
1 large onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup catsup
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain the fat. Chop the onion and mix with hamburger. Stir in the pepper, sugar, mustard, vinegar and salt. Pour catsup over the mixture and stir well. Cover and cook over low heat for one hour. (Mom's note says to add 1 cup water. Let's say up to 1 cup of water.)

Serve on buns.
