1 cup plain pressed yogurt
1 small cucumber (de-seeded)
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, chill and serve with pita (or anything else that you can use to dip). Can also be served with Chicken or Pork Souvlaki (kabobs).
