If you want to shop economically, shop mostly the outside aisles of the grocery stores. You may need to use more time & effort in your food preparations, but your amount owed at the check out stand will be less.
$$ SAVING TIP: I try to shop more fresh fruits & veggies and less frozen or pre packaged foods when I need to save money at the grocery store.
