Shrimp deveined and peeled 1 lb.
Basil 2 cups.
Garlic 3 cloves minced.
Tomatoes Cherries work best 2 cups.
Butter 4+tbsp.
Salt and Pepper
Rustic French or Italian bread for dipping

Preheat oven to 350º
In a casserole dish or individual ramekins, combine all the ingredients and bake until shrimp are just pink and cooked through. The juice from the tomatoes should create a broth for dipping. As usual the more butter the better
