8 oz. cream cheese,
1/4 c. sour cream (or more)
1/2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed, drained, and chopped fine
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 - 3oz. pkg. of slender slice corned beef (Buddig)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and heat in microwave. Serve hot with crackers or cocktail rye bread.

I actually stir the ingredients together and put in a mini crockpot for a few hours before serving.
