Ingredients:  
1 turnip, 1 bag carrots, 1 onion or shallots, 2 sweet potatoes, garlic olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up vegetables place in 9 x 13 dish, sprinkle olive oil and garlic over the top, sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for approx 45 minutes or until vegetable tender when poked with knife.
