2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2/3 c. Crisco 1/4 c. cold water 1 egg yolk 1 T. vinegar
Mix flour and salt, cut in Crisco. Whisk water, yolk and vinegar in small bowl. Gradually pour into flour mix & use fork to quickly mix. Divide pastry in half, flatten into rounds 1 inch thick. Cover w/damp paper towel. Makes 2 crusts.
