1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
3-1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and lemon juice. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat after each. Add bananas. Sift dry ingredients, add alternately with sour cream to banana mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50-55 min.
