1 bag fresh cranberries
3 buttons of garlic
2 jalapeņos (seeded and veined)
1/2 red onion
3 shallots (or green onions)
1 C. sugar
2 limes (juiced)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bunch cilantro
1 8 oz. package cream cheese (opt)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency is reached. Serve over a package of cream cheese with pita chips or another favorite chip.
