6 eggs
2 c sugar
2 cans of evaporated milk (NOT Condensed Milk)
1 t vanilla
2 cups of fruit (I use fresh peaches chopped)
regular milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well and add the sugar slowly. Continue beating until the eggs and sugar are thick and frothy. Add evaporated milk. Pour this mixture into a thick bottomed pan and cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and sheets off of a wooden spoon. Let cool completely and then pour into the canister of a ice cream freezer. Add the fruit and then finish filling the canister up to the "Fill line" with regular milk. Place the canister in the freezer and follow the directions for your freezer.
