1 16 oz can cut green beans, drained
1 16 oz can cut wax beans, drained
1 16 oz can red kidney beans, drained
1 16 oz can chick peas, drained
1 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 c cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3/4 c sugar
1 large red onion, sliced and separated
1 c minced green pepper (optional)
