1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder, or 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
3/4 cup ketchup
3 tsp brown sugar (more or less, to taste)
3-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat along with onion and bell pepper. Drain. Return to pan and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
