3/4 pound round steak, sliced 1/4" thick
1 T oil
1 med. onion, coarsely chopped
1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
1 can (16 oz) cut green beans, drained
2/3 c smoky BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook meat in hot oil until almost brown. Add onion; cook until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients (you can substitute fresh for any of the canned items). Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with cornbread and salad.

I suggest playing with the recipe a little after you make it once. Add different seasonings or ingredients to suit your taste.
