2 cups regular oats
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup honey (or more, to taste)
1 or 2 cups combination of any of the following: chopped nuts or seeds (peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, flaked coconut, sesame seeds, etc)
Dried fruit, optional (raisins, Craisins, etc)

Directions:

If desired, process the nuts in food processor or blender, especially if feeding to a small child. Mix well the oats and nuts and seeds. Add the olive oil, mix well. Add honey, mix well. Spread mixture onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake at 300 x about 20 minutes, then stir, and bake another 5-10 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown on top. Spread immediately onto waxed paper; allow to cool. Add dried fruit if desired. Store in airtight container, or in Ziploc bags in the freezer.
