1 Head of Savoy Cabbage
10 Scallions
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
2 Small Packages of Slivered Almonds
2 Packages Uncooked Ramen Noodles-crushed

For the dressing:
1 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp Rice Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the chopped cabbage and scallions together. Toast the sesame seeds and slivered almonds under the broiler...keep an eye on this (doesn't take long). Make the salad dressing. Prior to serving, combine all of the ingredients. Toss well with salad dressing and serve.
