1 T soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. peanut butter
3/4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed (or frozen)
4-1/2 tsp. vegetable oil (or olive oil)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, brown sugar and peanut butter. In a skillet, stir-fry beans in oil until crisp/tender. Toss green beans with sauce and eat! (The warm beans will melt the peanut butter).
