Soft corn or flour tortillas taco size

Directions:
Cut tortilla shells with pizza cutter in half and then cut horizontally to form triangles. Heat deep fryer to 350. Place shells in deep fryer in batches to cook. Fry until crispy. Remove from fryer and drain on paper towels. Lightly salt. Serve with salsa or dips. Flour tortillas are great with spinach artichoke dip.

These can be baked on sprayed cookie sheet in 350 oven to reduce fat.
