8 oz cream cheese
1 cup low fat mayonnaise
1 12.5 oz can white chicken (from Costco)
1/2 to 1 red pepper; cored & diced
1 small can diced green chili's; drained
1/2 cup jarred jalapeņos; chopped fine
1/2 cup red onion; diced
1 cup pepper jack cheese grated; half to mix in, half for top
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; grated
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup cilantro; coarsely chopped
1 small can slice black olives

Cream together softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Some visible chunks of cream cheese is okay. Mix in remaining ingredients and place in dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of the pepper jack cheese.

Bake at 325-350 degrees until hot in the middle and bubbly.

Serve with warm tortilla chips
