1 5-7 lb chicken
1 1/2 to 2 7 oz. boxes spaghetti
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
1/2 lb. American cheese
4 small cans cut mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
1 button garlic
2/3 c. flour
1 qt. sweet milk

Boil chicken; skim broth (save some grease). Cook spaghetti on broth (add water if not enough broth) until tender. make white sauce from part of grease from chicken and 2/3 cup flour and milk. Grate cheese; dissolve in white sauce. Boil garlic in mushroom juice for seasoning; throw away garlic. Bone, skin and dice chicken. Add chicken, green pepper, mushrooms, mushroom juice to white sauce; mix with spaghetti; put in casserole and bake about 30 minutes at 350º.
