2 cups raisins
2 cups water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
1 pie crust, baked

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raisins in 1 3/4 cup water for 5 minutes. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt; moisten with 1/4 cup water stirring until mixture boils. Remove from fire. Add butter, vinegar. Pour into pastry.
