3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 T. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. cashews
2 T. butter or margarine, melted
1 frying chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the spices and bread crumbs together. Roll chicken in melted butter and then the bread crumb and spice mixture. Bake for one hour at 375º. Mix 1/4 c. of cashews with remaining butter and pour over chicken the last 3-5 minutes.
