Directions:
Crumble beef into a microwave-safe colander; place colander in a 9-in. pie plate. Cover with wax paper; microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 min. or until the meat is no longer pink. Combine beef, spaghetti sauce, water, and wine. Spread 1/3 of mixture in a lightly greased baking dish. Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on sauce; then 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup mozzarella over noodles. Spoon half of remaining sauce over cheese. Layer with remaining ingredients except 1 cup of the mozzarella. Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap. Fold back small corner. Microwave at MEDIUM 32 to 35 min., giving dish a half turn after 15 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and the remaining cup of mozzarella and microwave 2 minutes longer. Before serving, garnish with pepper rings, if desired.
