SIFT TOGETHER

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
pinch of salt

Then Add:

2 eggs
1 large can of pineapple crushed

ICING

1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can pet milk

Then Add

1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup angle flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, soda salt together. Then add eggs and can of crushed pineapples. Pour into greased sheet cake pan bake for 30-40 minutes at 350º.

Next step.

Take sugar, butter, vanilla, pet milk. Heat in medium size pan. Let come to boil stirring occasionally, when mixture starts to boil turn heat down and cook 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
When it is done add pecans, and coconut flakes and mix well and pour over hot cake.
