8-10 mannicotti shells
1 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 15-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese

Cook shells according to directions, drain. Rinse in cold water; drain and set aside.
Saute beef and garlic; drain off grease.
Add cottage cheese, mzzarella, salt, and mayo to skillet; stir well.
Stuff shells with meat; arrange in lightly greased 9"x13" dish.
Combine spaghetti sauce and oregano; pour over mannicotti. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 for 15 minutes; uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
