4 egg yolks, beaten until
1 lemon, juice and grated rind
1 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stir ingredients together. Then add 1 cup HOT water and cook until. Pour into baked pie shell. Make Meringue
4 egg whites
2 Tbs sugar
1 teas vanilla

Whip egg whites, sugar and vanilla together. Put on top of lemon mixture.
