1 package of turkey burger
4 green bell peppers
2-3 diced tomatoes
1 8 oz package of white button mushrooms
cleaned and sliced
1 small diced yellow onion
1 frozen bag of corn
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Kellogg bread crumbs mixed with butter

Fry turkey burger. Boil corn until tender. Hollow out peppers and boil until tender. Mix all ingredients together adding salt and pepper to taste. Put into 9x13 sprayed or buttered. Cover with foil and bake at 350 until heated through. Top with topping mixture and bake until browned.
