4 large sliced apples or enough to fill pie plate 2/3 full
1 tbls. sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
11/2 sticks melted butter
1 egg
1 tbls. cinnamon





Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line large pie plate 2/3 full with sliced apples. Mix together 1 tbls. cinnamon, 1 tbls. sugar and sprinkle over the apples. Mix the remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over apples. Bake 45 min. Let rest on cooking rack for one hour before cutting.
