1 No. 2 can pineapples
1 3oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 cup pineapple juice
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 cup chilled
evaporated milk or whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Use juice from pineapple adding water to make 1 cup. Heat mixture with Jello. Chill to set. Mix together pineapple and cream cheese. Add Jello, fold in whipped cream or evaporated milk. Pour into mold and refrigerate.
