3 pounds ribs
salt and pepper
flour
1c. sliced onions
1 garlic clove
1 1/2c. water
1 small bay leaf
1/4c. vinegar
3tbsp. brown sugar
1/3c. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut between each rib and flour well. Brown in a small amount of oil. When browned add salt and pepper and remove from pan. Brown the onions and garlic in the same pan. Put ribs in a large roasting pan. Add the browned onions and garlic. Add all the sauce ingredients and pour over top of the ribs. Cover and bake for 2-3 hours in a 350º oven. Serve with rice or noodles.
