3 c. diced potatoes 1/2 c. diced carrots 1/2 c. diced celery or some celery seed 1 tsp. chicken flavor bouillon or 1 cube
Cover all items above with water and cook until tender. Add 2 T. flour with 1 3/4 c. milk. Shake to make thick. Heat all together. Add at least 1/4 lbs of velvetta cheese - may add more. Add salt and pepper.
