4 c. broccoli slaw 2 large red or green bell peppers thinly sliced 4 medium carrots shredded 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks or tidbits approximately 2 chicken breasts cut into small cubes 1/2 c. poppy seed dressing 1/4 c. cashews
Combine ingredients and ENJOY!
I just chop up broccoli, instead of buying broccoli slaw.
