4 cans chicken or vegetable broth
1 can no-salt diced tomatoes, with juice
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 small package of fresh tortellini *in the dairy case*

Directions:
Directions:
Mix broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and add Italian seasoning. Stir in tortellini. Bring back to a boil,then turn down heat to low. Cook until tortellini float to the top, about 7-8 minutes. Do not boil hard! the tortellini will break open and be nasty.

Serve with crusty bread and cheddar cheese for a hearty fall/winter dinner.
